Southern Africa Places is located in beautiful Paarl - the third oldest town in South Africa - in the Cape Winelands. Surrounded by mountains and situated within the green valley that stretches along the Berg River, we drive to work every morning filled with gratitude to live and work in such excellent surroundings.

Established in 1997, we have partnered with leading companies in the travel industry to provide our customers with a variety and of multi- and single day tours and safaris as well as a large number of accommodation options within Southern Africa.

Our Destinations
We specialise in holidays to a number of African destinations - Botswana, Mozambique, Mauritius, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.

Being African, most tours include wild life viewing as part of the itinerary.

Our Team
Our travel advisors are young, full of energy and will do their best to ensure that you have the most enjoyable holiday possible. They are available to consult with you and will help to structure your vacation, day-trip or expedition.

Whilst our goal from the start was to offer detailed and comprehensive information via the internet for clients to make informed decisions about traveling Southern Africa; we knew we had to support this by trained consultants who can provide assistance where needed.

Although internet based, bookings are still overseen by consultants. Clients can at any time ask to be connected to the consultant responsible for their enquiries and bookings.
