  Tour Description
The 3-Day Orange River Fishing Trip is aimed at exposing you to fishing the Orange River.

The Orange River is known for its Yellowfish. Largemouth Yellowfish are South Africa's largest freshwater scaled fish and represent one of the fastest and strongest fighting fish species. Catch a large one of these and you will never forget it.

Smallmouth Yellowfish are much more common than the largemouths, often feed in very fast rapids, always on the move and have become one of the most sought after flyfishing species in South Africa.

Mudfish as well as huge Barbel (Catfish) can be caught in the river.

One person per boat is arranged with a maximum of 2.

This is a camping trip where we sleep under the stars but you are welcome to bring a tent along for comfort. All trails are lead by qualified river guides and fishing guides, we do offer a back up system from the Base Camp. You will receive a full briefing on the safety procedures and basic ethics of exploring the trail.

The guides will prepare all meals and assist with your equipment preparations before embarking on your adventure trail. No previous experience is needed and a moderate level of fitness is required.

Please note:
- a minumum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 are allowed on the fishing trips.
- the fishing trip can be extended to 5 days.
