Sofitel Imperial Resort and Spa is situated on the unspoilt west coast of Mauritius, only a half hour from Port Louis the capital of Mauritius and 1 hour from airport.

The Ravinala:
The Sofitel Imperial Resort and Spa main restaurant accommodating up to 200 persons located at Pool level serving breakfast buffets and dinner. Serves as the venue for various theme evenings and a la carte meals. Specialities: Indian and International cuisine.
The Ming Court:
An elegant restaurant overlooking the tropical gardens and the lagoon. Serving Cantonese specialities and Japanese Tepanyaki tables.
The Carcassaille:
Beachfront restaurant open for lunch serving light salads, fish and grilled meats. Creole specialities are served at dinner.
The Kestrel:
Piano bar and lounge overlooking the swimming pool and serving a wide selection of cocktails in a refined atmosphere.
The Tamassa:
Beachfront snack bar situated between the sea and the pool. Special pancake and waffle counter.
24 hour room service
For guests who are on half board, Sofitel Imperial offer a variety of 12 themed buffets on a fortnightly basis in the main restaurant to enable guests to discover the great cuisines of the world.
Furthermore, the hotel offers three à la carte restaurants with a supplement payable. Guests on half board have a credit of Rs 700 per person when dining in any of the à la carte restaurants. With regards to the above meal arrangements, Sofitel Imperial Hotel will not cater for other requests except for dietary restrictions. For Muslim guests there is a guarantee that all meats are halaal and cooked separately.

LATE BOOKINGS
A minimum late booking fee of R200 plus VAT, per booking, will be charged in respect of all reservations received within five working days of the departure date in order to cover urgent communication / administration expenses.
