Tour Durban’s newest world-class aquarium, visit a traditional Zulu ”kraal”, travel by 4x4 up South Africa’s highest driveable mountain pass into the Kingdom of Lesotho, or take a game drive in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve, home to the “Big 5”.
The day tours include the most interesting highlights. Accompanied by a qualified and knowledgeable guide, you will experience the best of each destination, gaining understanding and appreciation of the history, flora and fauna.
All day or half day tours include a complimentary collection and return from central hotels and guest houses.

Discover the highlights of the city of Durban, with the morning dedicated to showing you the cultural and historical contrasts of this city.
The tour then heads off to Durban’s newest attraction: uShaka Marine World, for lunch (not included).
Afterwards enjoy a guided tour of this world class facility, which will comprise a saltwater aquarium with both indoor and outdoor displays and exhibits of South Africa’s unique Indian and Atlantic Ocean Marine life. Also included is a wonderful Dolphin, Seal and Penguin show.

Full Day Hluhluwe Game Reserve Tour (Sd5)
Spend a day on safari in the magical Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal. This huge, well managed reserve is home to 84 species of game and an impressive variety of bird species. It is also home to the magnificent ‘Big Five’, along with cheetah, giraffe, zebra, blue wildebeest, spotted hyena and wild dog.
The tour includes closed vehicle game drives* throughout the day and lunch at Hilltop Camp, which has incredible views over the reserve.

Full Day Shakaland Tour(Sd7)
The A-Z of traditional Zulu life, packed into one exhilarating day.
We make our way up the lush KwaZulu-Natal north coast into the tropical beauty of Zululand and the nKwalini Valley. Atop a hill overlooking the uMhlatusi River, Shaka’s birthplace, stands the largest Zulu kraal in all of Zululand - today it’s a very much alive museum. Here you’ll learn all about the culture and traditions of Zulu’s and witness the skill and artistry that goes into building their huts, making pottery, brewing beer and crafting bead-work and baskets.
Sample the unusual beer, visit the isangoma (witchdoctor), enjoy the grace and energy of the Zulu dancers and then tuck into a delicious lunchtime feast.

Drive through the rolling hills of the Midlands to the town of Underberg. Enter the Kingdom of Lesotho and visit a nearby Sotho Village, for a taste of local culture. Light lunch (included) in the highest pub in Africa, with its incredible views. Visit the magnificent Howick Waterfall on your return (time permitting).
